Patis

This is Patis Factory in Malabon City.

When we went there, we smelt Patis lightly.

It said that there are no insects inside the factory, so I bought one for my mom.

The bottle was full of patis.

Now, we often use it so it's remained only half in the picture.

If you were going to eat tomato, try patis with lemon or calamansy.

It will be more fresh flavour!! Yummy!!
